To commence cooperation it is necessary to conclude the Framework Contract. The Framework Contract governs the conditions under which exchange transactions, which the client will, in the future, decide to conclude with the Citfin - Finanční trhy company, will be carried out. The actual signing of the Framework Contract does not commit either the client or the Citfin - Finanční trhy company to any future performance.

The signing of the Framework Contract can be executed by mail or in person, at the headquarters of the Citfin - Finanční trhy company or at the headquarters of the client.

In addition to the signing of the Framework Contract it is necessary to verify the client in accordance with Act No. 61/1996 Coll. on some measures against the legalisation of the proceeds of crime. The identity of a client can be verified through the Municipal Office or at a personal meeting.
